Who told you that you are not deserving of what you want?

And I’m back. Yes. You see this right? Saturday afternoon. I just read a quote. I went for a tiny little walk through my house, and I was just pulled to the computer to record a podcast. So here we go. It’s all going to be about. A quote that I saw as I sat and I will get to that in just a second before it, oh, don’t forget.

We have a workshop coming up. It is all about validation and why we’re seeking outside validation, how we can get through these old stories of that we are not enough, and how you can truly step into your full potential when you’re letting go of these expectations that you just can’t find validation within yourself.

Okay. So, join us on the 28th of February at 12:00 PM Eastern standard time, we’re gonna do a zoom class this time. One more time, just to be safe. And it’s $15. And all you have to do is go to either the Pointe To Rise link it’s in the bio, or go to Rachel Josefina’s page, and it’s in there too. So go sign up for $15, the best investment you’ve ever made in yourself.

All right. Thanks, guys, for listening. So let me explain. This quote, particularly said who told you that you are undeserving and unworthy of what you want to create in life? And I, I could so deeply relate to this because I remember and had the pleasure to be leaders that way today in the morning session with a spiritual teacher that anything and everything.

That we truly are, has just been buried through all the stories that we have encountered through our life and that we put belief and because we have forgotten who we truly are. So let me remind you that there are absolutely no limits to what you want to do and what you can do. Nobody in this world. Can take that away from you unless you let them.

And nobody possesses that power over you. I really need you to hear this because you are capable of so much more than you’re giving yourself credit for. And. Just because maybe that job didn’t work out or that relationship shattered, or I don’t know, you filed bankruptcy, or you didn’t get that job. It doesn’t mean you don’t deserve what you really truly want.

So, start with understanding that you are so much so very worthy of everything that you’ve ever wanted in your life. That. Nobody here can hold that power over you unless you give it to them to tell you whether you’re deserving of things. And let me tell you, you deserve anything. And then some of what you can think of.

We all get, you know, some thoughts here and some thoughts here of how unworthy we have maybe been of love or of appreciation, or to be seen and heard, and that our ideas of bogus, because somebody else told us that. It’s not possible, but we know in our gut that it is possible. And I really, really encourage you to remember who you were as a child and where you came from and what you saw was possible and go back to him or her, or however you identify yourself at this very moment and tap into that.

There will be a lot of letting go that, that you may have to initiate. Or agreed to and lean into. And that part I can speak from experience is a little bit of a challenge because we’re so it’s like little, tiny kitty nails. You know, when a kid, he goes up the tree and she was to let go, she would fall only those cats only fall under their feet.

Right. They wouldn’t fall on their back. If you’re brave enough. And I know you are to let go of those claws unhook them one by one out of the tree, off what you know, perhaps to be true and know that even though if you’re falling, you will always, always, and I promise you that fall on your feet. So, stop buying into the belief that you can’t and start trusting in the process in your gut, in your intuition, in the thoughts that are coming to you at 3:00 AM in the morning.

Trust that more, you cannot outwork your limiting beliefs. You got to do that from the inside okay, guys, it’s a short message today. I’m sending you so much love. Thank you for tuning in to the next time.

That’s all I have for today. I’m sending you so much love.

There is a better way to pursue ballet at the professional level. Instead of dancers pushing beyond their body’s limits, there is a healthier way to train your body, your mind and your spirit to soar. To become the best at your craft, you must be healthy. The mentality of surviving to make a performance perfect is an old paradigm that needs to change. As athletes, dancers must thrive in order to shine and connect with their audience. This new approach, leads to fulfillment, strength and longevity. It allows you to give more of your heart and soul on stage, creating an unforgettable experience that moves your audience. And that’s the whole pointe.
